Yesterday morning I made these Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes. They were delicious and you only need 4 ingredients.
Here are my eats from yesterday. I am really loving Watermelon this summer. It’s so sweet and refreshing!
Breakfast: Coffee + Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes Snack: Fresh Watermelon Lunch: Turkey, Cheese & Tomato Salad Dinner: Tilapia, Asparagus and Sweet Potato Slices
Fitness
WIAW in July is focusing on Fitness as well. Yesterday I did Zuzanas # 23 Burpee Torture Workout. Let’s just say that 100 Burpees and 200 Air Squats on top of my leg workout Monday was killer.

I love Zuzana, she’s so motivational and seems like the sweetest person!
Afterwards I met Darin at our pool to swim laps. I haven’t swam laps in over a year and it was killer. Especially because my shoulders were burnt out from Burpees.
We swam for 30 minutes and definitely got our cardio in! Once my heart rate got up and I was trying to breathe, swim, and move, I felt like I was going to drown! Maybe I should try out for the Olympics…
What is your favorite form of cardio? I love to run but I do love how low impact swimming is on your joints.

Wow, those pancakes look delish-can’t believe it’s only 4 ingredients–I think it’s time to get rid of my boxed mix and give these from-scratch ones a try! I love running, it’s my go-to form of cardio. Morning runs outside set the tone for healthy living the rest of the day, I honestly miss it on my “rest days.”
I know! I have quit buying box mixes and started using the ingredients in my pantry, it’s cheaper
Morning runs are my favorite, if only I could get out of bed!

. I actually went back to the gym for the first time in a month. My body sent me some positive signals so I’m excited to incorporate more challenging workouts without pushing myself too much!
